Niti Ranjan Das is an experienced Member of Technical Staff at NetApp, with over 16 years of relevant experience in a multitude of responsibilities. He has worked in different domains and roles, specializing in gathering requirements, investigating feasibility and dependencies, designing solutions, planning, and developing the solutions by leading small, well-cohesive teams. Niti is adept in bringing forth expertise in the design and development of software systems and solutions, and is able to effectively self-manage as well as lead teams in independent projects, as well as collaborate as part of a productive team. In his current role at NetApp, Niti is responsible for running daily scrums as a scrum master, planning sprints for teams, and performing other sprint related activities like retrospection, presenting sprint developments for team, intra-team and inter-team collaborations. He has also worked as Chief Technology Officer at Excoflare Technologies, where he monitored and lead offshore Technical offices in Excoflare Bangalore and Guwahati, and as a Project Engineer at Wipro. Niti holds a B.Tech degree in Engineering and Technology from NIT Silchar, and has completed his 10+2 from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, R.K.Nagar and IX from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Berthin. He has a wide range of tech skills, including Software Engineering, Frontend and Backend development, Web development, and Infrastructure. Apart from his organizational work, Niti routinely develops different web and desktop applications for personal uses, some of which are available on his personal website. He has recently worked on interesting projects such as a Rubik's Cube solver, REST API backend interface as well as front-end applications, and a Game of Life game, along with various online and offline utilities for regular uses.
